All CityBee cars are covered by compulsory Civil Liability Insurance, so you do not need to worry about the insurance. The car is equipped with an insurer-compliant, satellite-linked security system that will protect CityBee from possible theft.
In the event of a car accident where you are not the culprit (for example, a person who has violated the road traffic regulations hits your car), the insurance will cover the incurred losses and you will not have to pay anything extra.
If you drive a CityBee car and get in a car accident where you are the culprit, you will be subject to financial liability of up to €600. If the damage caused to the car is more than €600, the CityBee customer only needs to pay the maximum amount of financial liability of €600, even when the losses incurred are higher.
In case Porsche Taycan is damaged in a traffic accident through your fault, you will compensate us for the damages suffered due to the traffic accident, if you are between 25 and 30 years old, up to €15000, if you are 30 years and older – up to €5000, in the case a reduced financial responsibility was purchase in the Mobile App – an amount not exceeding €1000.
In case of non-insured events (for example, if you drive under influence, recklessly, etc.) you will have to pay the full amount for the damage caused.

If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.
In order to get a reimbursement to your bank account, If You are a natural person or a company, You need to contact us via email info@citybee.lt., info@citybee.lv or info@citybee.ee. Our team will provide You with a refund request sheet, that You will need to fill out and send back to us.
The driver may ask fellow passengers to cover part of the travel expenses. Reimbursement of travel expenses is based on an agreement between the driver and fellow passengers.
When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.
When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.
You will find the payment card PIN code in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation. You will find stickers indicating the type of fuel for a car on the fuel tank cover (both inside and outside).
As of 14 March 2024, we are changing the boundaries of certain CityBee parking zones in Vilnius city and district municipalities. These updates aim to offer customers more vehicles where they need them most. Please note that from that date onwards, you will no longer be able to end your trip with a CityBee car in the following locations:

In the search field, enter the travel route you are interested in (e.g. Kaunas – Klaipėda) and the system will help you find people planning to travel to the same destination. Choose the most suitable travel option for you, click on it and request a seat. When the driver confirms your request, you will receive a notification in the app. The spot in the car is yours!
If you have any additional questions before requesting a seat, you can contact the driver by selecting the “Chat” section, which is right next to the “Request seat” section.
