If you decide to use your car, make sure that it is without any technical issues and has all the necessary documents. During the trip, it is mandatory to have vehicle registration and technical inspection documents, vehicle owners’ compulsory civil liability insurance policy and other essential documents. Please note that CityBee does not check the documents of the vehicle. Passengers can ask the driver to show them at any time during the trip.
Yes, you can. The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
The radar function in the CityBee app helps the user to be the first to know if any of the CityBee cars are nearby his location at a specific time chosen by the user.
The radar function icon is located first from the left side in the main menu section of the application. When you click on the icon and activate the radar, it will turn orange.
The minimum radar distance is 100m, the maximum – 800m.
The radar function has two modes:
Notification without automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, the app will send a message to the user to inform them about it.
Automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, an automatic car reservation will be made by choosing the “Pay as you go” tariff. The tariff can be changed after car reservation. Car reservation remains free until the end of the free reservation period (15 min).
Other details:
The radar function will continue to work even if the car is reserved until the user turns it off manually. The radar function detects only cars that are incoming in the current location of the user and chosen distance when the radar function is activated.
If the traffic accident occurs not due to the fault of a CityBee customer, no additional fees or penalties will apply.
If the traffic accident occurs due to the CityBee driver, the following options are available:
1. If the damage done amounts to less than the maximum financial liability (€600), the driver who damaged the car will be issued an invoice based on the based on the damage that our company has experienced.
2. If the damage caused to the car is more than €600, the CityBee customer is subject to financial liability of €600.
In case Porsche Taycan is damaged in a traffic accident through your fault, you will compensate us for the damages suffered due to the traffic accident, if you are between 25 and 30 years old, up to €15000, if you are 30 years and older – up to €5000, in the case a reduced financial responsibility was purchase in the Mobile App – an amount not exceeding €1000.

If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.
In order to get a reimbursement to your bank account in Lithuania, If You are a natural person or a company, You need to contact us via email info@citybee.lt. Our team will provide You with a refund request sheet, that You will need to fill out and send back to us.

Fast charging stations (50+kW) – 0-80% in 45 min (VW e-Crafter, Fiat 500E) or 1h 10 min (Peugeot e-2008);
AC charging stations (11 kW) – 0-80% in 3.5h (VW e-Crafter, Fiat 500E) or 4.5h (Peugeot e-2008);
Home charging from domestic electric 220V socket – 0-80% in 14h (VW e-Crafter) or 20h (Peugeot e-2008, Fiat 500E).
